+ Description: The Cos Labory has a crisp, slightly earthy but harmonious nose with blackberry and raspberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with hard tannins on the entry, stern and a bit austere. Tough going in the context of the vintage, though it softens after 20 minutes and achieves much better balance plus greater freshness. Tasted blind at the Southwold annual tasting. Country: France Grape Variety: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc
